Just Do It. Swoosh!

Dear Fabulous Super Hero Parents,

You must get respite or you will slip into white knuckling, ledge hanging, and, finally, the deep dive into overwhelming reactivity and/or avoidance.  When you lose your marbles, flip your lid, or become despondent, your children experience “felt unsafety.”

Attachment Help

The Attach Place
Center for Strengthening Relationships

Be a rested, responsive, relaxed, and relational parent.  You can only make that happen with adult, child free, time.

“Felt safety” is essential for attachment; and attachment is essential for a cohesive, functioning, reciprocal family life.

Trust me.  I know of what I speak.  Trust me.  Get a break.

Love matters,

Ce
